Alder & Pine started in 2009 as a single counter in the old freight house on Depot Street, run by two friends who got tired of driving to Charlotte for a decent boot fitting.
Today we’re 52 people, two stores, and a fulfillment center that ships to all 50 states. Everyone who works on the floor hikes the trails we recommend, and everyone who packs your order has met the person who will open the box.
Alder & Pine is based in Asheton, North Carolina. Everything on this site is on a shelf in one of our two stores or at our fulfillment center, so what you see online is what we can put in your hands.
